We can work in partnership with your community group with the growth, development and delivery of your project. Our Contracts team will construct your design to create a lasting impact on your local community.
Partick Housing Association worked with Clydesdale Community Initiative for the first time in 2013 after it secured the construction tender for the development of the Partick Community Growing Project. Throughout the whole process, we were delighted with the project management, professionalism and flexible attitude of Clydesdale Community Initiative. The result is a fantastic asset for the local community, which is having a significant impact on the health and wellbeing of everyone involved. The team’s communication and interaction with residents throughout the construction of the site was first class.Mark HughesPartick Housing Association

As a social enterprise we actively work in partnership with community groups and their appointed design teams to maximise the social and environmental impact of our projects.
Clydesdale Community Initiatives was initially set-up in 2002 to enable young people at risk and adults with mental health issues to develop a derelict site in Lanark, South Lanarkshire. This project was so successful, with both groups gaining exceptional skills and confidence from their involvement, that it was decided they would undertake further projects.
